Personnel was very very helpful and incredibly attentive!

the place was fairly clean, our room was reasonably large. appreciated the location to the high street stop in brooklyn. also, it was just a short walk away from radio city music hall.

Fairly clean hotel in a new building right by theatres and time square, and Newark airport. Central location to the High Street stop in Brooklyn. Nearby The Mean Fiddler - great place to chill out.

our recent stay in nyc was amazing, especially because of the outstanding location and value at this hotel. the room was clean and spacious, and the staff was super friendly. overall, a great experience.

One thing that was off was the safety box didn't work.

The bathroom was particularly good, and the room itself was spotlessly clean and compact. There was a great selection of great meals. The amazingly nice staff made a good impression.

The location was awesome and super, relatively close to a 70th-floor open-air observation deck. The staff was good, they give us all the help.

The staff was very very helpful. Its location was incredible, near the bus to Newark airport. It also was right in the heart of the action👍🙂

There was no lift which we expected.

Every time we stay in New York, like to stay here. It's comfortable place for sightseeing and exploring New York. The hotel offers a huge variety of food that was fabulous! The location is marvellous, 1 km from Rockefeller Center. The airport is 20 km away, easy to reach.

The value for money was excellent, with a spacious room and great amenities like a small fridge and good aircon. The location was amazing, just one block away from Times Square, and the staff treated us nicely.

Breakfast delights could be improved, maybe by offering a wider variety of options.

location: the hotel was just off broadway and times square as well as many attractions, broadway and times square. i liked the room, the bed was comfortable. the employees were very very helpful. i was here for 1 day and would have stayed for longer.

Fairly clean and the staff was great. The location was marvellous and awesome - within short walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Moreover, it was right by Penn Station, Central Park and museums, and the subway and the bus to Newark airport.

Definitely, there was wifi missing.
